At RAIGI, research and development is at the heart of our industrial strategy. Our dedicated team—made up of specialized engineers and technicians—designs, formulates, and tests tailor-made solutions.
These developments address the technical challenges of our clients in demanding sectors such as hydrogen, gas, and advanced polymer materials.

Our in-house laboratory is equipped with advanced analysis and characterization tools: pilot reactors, FTIR spectrometer, thermal analyzer (DSC/TGA), and a custom test bench simulating real-life conditions. This setup enables us to accelerate the development of high-performance materials while ensuring reliability and durability.

Our R&D expertise includes:

• Formulation of elastomers and technical foams according to specific specifications

• Prototyping and design of Type IV hydrogen tanks, up to 700 bar

• Industrialization and certification of hydrogen storage solutions in line with international standards

• Development of specific processes such as overmolding inserts during liner rotomolding
